Misprints:
We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in this website, therefore, we will not be held liable for errors or omissions. If you notice a misprint please contact us by phone or send us an email and inform us of the misprint.

Shipping:
If the product is in stock it will ship within 24 to 72 hours. Standard shipping is through UPS, DHL or USPS standard ground shipping. We offer many upgrades to our standard shipping that you may choose at the time of checkout.

Shipping Costs: Actual shipping costs are figured in real time. By creating an account and entering your shipping address we can give you exact shipping costs. Our advanced web site interface is hooked directly to the shipping carriers. We send them a list of what is in your shopping cart along with your shipping address and the carriers send back the exact shipping cost.

Warranty/Return Policy:
North Country Supply Center offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns@boatsupplycenter.com or call (734)428-9223 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the Return department for details.

Back Orders:
You can order items that are on backorder. If you are not willing to wait for the backordered product to be restocked and shipped do not place an order for a backordered product. If you order a product that is out of stock you will be notified via email and you will have the option to log into your account and cancel the backorder product or leave it in a backorder status until it is shipped.
